Installation of radios (Citizen Band, Commercial, or Amateur) are completed to the Vehicle Installation Code Of Practice. This COP is designed by industry to maximise installation safety.

Installations in machinery can offer challenges of their own.

Caution with regard to cable runs are always a serious consideration, vine canes are notorious for cable damage. Antennas in almond orchards are vulnerable to damage.
