RivComm Radio Solutions warrants to the original consumer/client that workmanship of RivComm Radio Solutions shall carry 3 months warranty against faulty workmanship.
RivComm Radio Solutions warranty commences from the date of original works and warrants that we will, free of charge, take appropriate and necessary corrective action to resolve defects in workmanship.
Where warranty works is undertaken by RivComm Radio Solutions and said works is subsequently found not to be faulty workmanship of RivComm Radio Solutions, the costs of the works shall be charged to the consumer/client.
If the original Purchaser finds any defects after having received products, the Purchaser must immediately notify RivComm Radio Solutions of the defects found in writing. Replacement of faulty goods may be offered in exceptional circumstances only, and at the complete discretion of RivComm Radio Solutions. However, no replacement will be offered after 7 days of purchase.
New products supplied by RivComm Radio Solutions are supplied with product warranty. Product warranty may differ from product to product and conditions and accountabilities of respective warranties rests with the respective manufacturer. RivComm Radio Solutions commits to provide guidance, advice and support to our customers wherever possible and appropriate.
Used products supplied by RivComm Radio Solutions are supplied as described and are void of warranty.
By purchasing any products from RivComm Radio Solutions, the Purchaser declares their acceptance of the above warranty terms.
