Shipping & Returns

 RivComm Radio Solutions ships products throughout Australia. The fees for handling, postage, shipping will be quoted on an individual basis.

All items purchased from RivComm Radio Solutions are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

In relation to any returns, the shipping costs to and from RivComm Radio Solutions are the responsibility of the Purchaser. The risk of loss and title for items being shipped to and from RivComm Radio Solutions is the responsibility of the Purchaser.

No returns are accepted without prior written consent of RivComm Radio Solutions. Products must be returned to RivComm Radio Solutions in their original packaging and in a merchantable condition within 14 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge at the discretion of RivComm Radio Solutions.
